4️⃣ Treat the inner surfaces
Use film, oil, or special release agent so the concrete doesn’t stick. That way, you can remove the formwork cleanly without tearing up the edges.

5️⃣ Tight joints only
No gaps or cracks. Use foam or waterproofing tape if needed. Concrete finds even the tiniest hole to escape.
